1) Project Overview: Please describe the project and location. Include a description of why it is important. *
2) Water Resource Management Effectiveness and Efficiency: Describe how the project benefits water resources or addresses other natural resource issues. *
3) Education And Demonstration Potential: Please explain how your project will improve the public’s knowledge of natural resource issues and solutions. Include information on specific educational features, project visibility, or planned public involvement. Also decribe any underserved communities this project will serve. *
4) Innovative Solutions: Please describe how this project provides a unique approach to protecting or improving natural resources. Describe any secondary social/economic benefits and how success of the project will be evaluated. *
5) Project Readiness: Please describe any feasibility study or design work completed to-date and include it with this application. Describe your capacity to secure any necessary landowner endorsements, partnerships, and additional funding sources needed to complete the project within two years. *

Project Budget and Timeline

A minimum of a feasibility study/preliminary designs including cost and pollution reduction estimates must be completed and submitted with the application. Matching funds are not required, but preference may be given to projects with dedicated funds. Eligible matching funds must be cash contribution for the project elements in this application.
